Zumba for Youngsters

Each Zumba  class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. We also incorporate intense Zumba workout such as Zumba Steps & Zumba Core which helps in faster results & increase in strength.

Zumba for Kids

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography for 7+ year  kids. We break down the steps, add games, activities and jam out to their favorite music into the class structure.
This helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination. Our trainers are certified Zumba instructors & having more than 10 years of experience.

Out Martial Art trainer is certified martial art trainer form Japan . He is having more than decade of experience in training Kids & youngster in martial art.

PERSONALFunctional Training

Art4Fun provides personal training to individuals to achieve their fitness goals. We do baseline measurements (at the time of joining) of BMI, body fat etc & decide fitness goal to achieve  to work towards it.  We also provide diet tips as diet & exercise should go together to achieve fitness goal.

Functional Training Class

Class starts with warm up followed by main workout & cold down at the end. When anyone joins, we do baseline BMI measurements which are tracked every month. Functional training includes HIT ( High Intensity Training) , TABATA, push, pull , hip-hinge, squat plank & TRX. Individual attention is given to all members.
