Art4Fun provides personal training to individuals to achieve their fitness goals. We do baseline measurements (at the time of joining) of BMI, body fat etc & decide fitness goal to achieve to work towards it. We also provide diet tips as diet & exercise should go together to achieve fitness goal.

Yoga’s combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings health benefits with regular participation. Regular yoga practice benefits in increased energy levels & muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health. The breathing aspect of Yoga can benefit heart rate and blood pressure.
