We provide varity of Dance classes such as: Western Dance, Hip-Hop, Contemprory Dance, Bollywood Dance & Garba.

WESTERN DANCE: Western dance, encompasses many dance forms or styles, which are typically danced to country-western music, and which are stylistically associated with American country and/or western traditions.

HIP-HOP: Hip-Hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping. Hip-hop is a very energetic form of dancing. It is unique in that it allows its dancers to perform with freedom of movement, adding in their own personalities.

CONTEMPRORY DANCE: Contemporary Dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements. Contemporary dance tends to combine the strong and controlled legwork of ballet with modern dance's stress on the torso, and also employs contract-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristic of modern dance.

BOLLYWOOD DANCE: Bollywood films are a synthesis of formal and folk Indian traditional music and dance traditions, in fusion with Middle Eastern techniques. The dances in older Hindi movies represented supposed dances of the common people, although they involved original choreography. Bollywood Dances have evolved as a unique and energetic style. Since they are group dances, they are often used as joyful exercise music.

For Corporate Clients: We provide specialized daily, weekly and monthly Dance sessions to our corporate clients.
For Group: For more than 2 people we provide trainers who will assist group people in achieving their dancing goals.
For Personal: When it comes to personal attention, we provide a personal trainer who will keep track of your dancing progress regularly.

ZUMBA: Zumba is a dance fitness program it involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates Hip-Hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

ZUMBA® KIDS: Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography for 7+ year old kids. We break down the steps, add games, activities and jam out to their favorite music into the class structure.

Benefits: Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination.

ZUMBA® FITNESS: Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Benefits: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

YOGA: In the 20th century, hatha yoga, particularly asanas (the physical postures), became popular throughout the world as a form of physical exercise, and is now colloquially termed as simply "YOGA".

Yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings health benefits with regular participation. Yoga participants report better sleep, increased energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health. The breathing aspect of Yoga can benefit heart rate and blood pressure.

PILATES: in the early 20th century a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates called his method "Contrology."

Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

INSTRUMENTS: Playing Instruments gives senses of pleasure and also relieves streets with fueling energy. Learning instruments requires patience but consistency and willingness makes it possible to learn and enjoy. We impart lessons in playing :
Guitars
Synthesizer
Keyboard
Mouth organ
Djembe
We teach playing instruments in Indo-western style. We conduct internal exams and also prepare students for external exams like trinity etc. You can count us for music classes for instruments like guitar classes, keyboard classes, synthesizer classes, djembe classes.

SINGING: We offer Hindustani Classical and Light Vocal Classes. We follow Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Syllabus for teaching and evaluating. We prepare students for appearing exams and also conduct all level exams internally. We have expert vocal trainer & offer week end & week days classes.
